- Documents your existing skills and capabilities
- Identifies the skills and capabilities your resources need to achieve your objectives
- Assists in managing your human capital
- Helps you fill your skills gaps by recommending training opportunities

Drake has been appointed by the Victorian Government as an independent specialist consultant to work with organisations to identify their strategic priorities, assess their workforce and training needs, develop a workforce plan and tailored training plan and assist in placing employees into accredited training courses.
In addition, you will have exclusive access to a new program of government subsidised funding for accredited training for eligible employees.
